KTSU TEAMS UP TO HOST PARTY ON THE PLAZA

May is shaping up to be an exciting month for your community station as KTSU partners with Houston First Corporation to present the Party on the Plaza concert series at Avenida Houston. This year’s free concert series will take place on Thursdays—May 7, 14, and 21—from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m., celebrating Houston’s rich and diverse music scene.

Each evening kicks off with high-energy sets from KTSU’s own DJ Supa Neil, alongside host Amber Shaw, who will guide audiences through a night of live entertainment. Guests can also enjoy a variety of food and drink options from nearby restaurants and concession stands throughout the Plaza.

The lineup promises something for every music lover. On May 7, Shakey Graves and Micah Edwards take the stage. The following week, May 14, Galactic featuring Jelly Joseph will perform alongside Bayou City Funk. The series wraps up on May 21 with performances by St. Paul & The Broken Bones and Rodell Duff.

KTSU – Your Community Station, is proud to be a part of celebrating Houston’s culture.
