KTSU 90.9FM Partners with UniverSoul Circus to Celebrate Community and Connection 

KTSU ACCESS Students and Staff welcome excited UniverSoul attendees.

KTSU 90.9FM proudly joined forces with the internationally acclaimed UniverSoul Circus on July 26 for an unforgettable HBCU Night during their 2026 “We All Belong” tour. 

The special evening kicked off with a riveting welcome address from special guest Ringmaster and Texas Radio Hall of Famer, KTSU’s very own Chilly Bill Smith. Outside the famed Big Top, KTSU brought the energy with live music and interactive community activations. 

Beyond the show, KTSU deepened its community impact by gifting tickets to student trailblazers in the station’s ACCESS program. KTSU also partnered with the BEAR adoption program’s Greater Houston Permanency Collaborative—a phase two Heart Gallery initiative—providing children awaiting adoption and prospective families a joyful bonding experience under the Big Top. Celebrating over three decades of global artistry and urban culture, UniverSoul Circus continues to prove that unity and entertainment go hand in hand.
