The Bayou City Music Series, a new concert series presented by the Kinder Foundation, honors the great jazz, blues and zydeco musicians of Houston in free concerts taking place this fall at three parks: Discovery Green, Emancipation Park and The Water Works in Buffalo Bayou Waterworks Park.
