We are celebrating 45 years of turning you on to programming you would love to hear; in addition to that, the station is the oldest African-American FM radio station in Houston. KTSU is proud to be called a member-supported station. This means our members are the lifeblood of KTSU. Member Support is the largest and most important source of funding for KTSU. That’s why KTSU programming is member-centric – the music and shows you hear daily are direct responses to the musical genres and programming our listeners want most. In other words, rather than serving ourselves, KTSU focuses on the community and members we serve daily. We seek to do so by providing the highest quality programming, members-only specials to attend our events and more….which can only happen when members invest in their community station – KTSU.
